Shipping and handling

We ship products according to the following:
FREE Delivery: FREE delivery for orders valued at $120(BD. 45.36) or more, and
Paid Delivery: $21 (BD. 7.938) if orders are valued at less than $120(BD. 45.36).
Collecting Product from suppliers: We collect orders for shipping within 1-7 business days max. after the payment is cleared (exceptions for this period may apply and is noted at the checkout in the cart under the shipping information line.)
You Receive it: You receive your items after completing the payment within 11-15 business days in most countries. Delivery time depends on customs, destination, weather, epidemic restrictions, and other factors, rarely it requires longer time.

Order placement
The Big Bazaar Online Shop is not responsible for loss, or damages as a result of misplaced, disordered or other typographical errors that occur during order placement. Order changes
Generally, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, under certain circumstances, orders can be canceled and/or modified. If the User contacts the Big Bazaar Online Shop customer care using the online form as soon as possible with a change request, it may be occasionally possible to amend the order. Order returns
The Big Bazaar Online Shop does not allow the return request for the product that was purchased by its platform, except in the event that the product is damaged or in case the product does not match the requested one.
Order modification or cancelation (Updated December 2, 2021)
Orders can be modified or canceled before payment because they have not yet entered the processing system, but if the payment is made, a product can be deleted or canceled completely within 12 hours, and 3$ is deducted from the customer’s balance “cancellation fee” and if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours a 7$ "cancellation fee" is deducted after the logistical department confirms the possibility of this.

Product Return Policy
The Big Bazaar Online Shop accepts returns only in the following two cases:
- The product arrives in a damaged condition,
