***Important Notes***
Our Shipping policy is related to the policy of shipping companies that our suppliers deals with, therefore it should be noted that there might be extra fees imposed by the shipping couriers on shipments going to specific countries or areas. In such cases, (Duties can be paid by customers on delivery) to continue the delivery of the order.
Shipping couriers demand an extra €50 shipping fees per order when delivering to the following countries:
Yemen, Iraq, Libya, and Syria.
Shipping couriers demand an extra €20 shipping fees per order when delivering to the following countries:
Sudan, City of Nablus (West Bank)
We do not Ship orders to the following countries:
Palestine, Iran
In high-risk countries (Afghanistan, Burundi, Mali, Niger) 30€ is added to the shipping fee.

Countries (Central African Republic, Republic of the Philippines, Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, North Korea, Liberia, Somalia) 30€ added to the shipping fee.
In order to avoid delays in customs for shipments going to Qatar: the recipient's identification number (citizenship number, residence permit number, driver's license number, etc.) should be provided before paying the order cost and completing the order. You can add the ID number to the Notes section when finalizing your order.
Starting from July 1st/2021, the European Union (EU) will charge VAT to the sales personnel who are selling online-goods to EU consumers with a value of 150 EUR or less.
If the shipment value is less than 150 EUR, provide your (IOSS) number associated with the shipment.

You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from the Big Bazaar Online Shop. You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned for any non-supplier caused. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. ANY ODD SIZED OR EXCESSIVE WEIGHTED ITEMS MAY REQUIRE A CUSTOM SHIPPING COST CALCULATION FROM the Big Bazaar Online Shop. ON THESE OCCASIONS, THE ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED THE CUSTOM SHIPPING COST. Depending on the information provided by the supplier, the Big Bazaar Online Shop may publish the shipping weights of items. The publication or absence of shipping weights cannot be used to determine ship cost and/or your financial obligation. The ‘Ship Cost’ provided on every product page and in the shopping cart should solely be used for determining the shipping cost.
We ship products according to the following:
FREE-Shipping: FREE delivery for orders valued at $240(BD. 90.72) or more, and
Paid-Shipping: $21 (BD. 7.938) if orders are valued at less than $240(BD. 90.72).
Handling time (Collecting Product from suppliers):
Handling time is different from one item to another depending on supplier, taking into consideration that handling time does not include shipping duration. The ordered product/s are collected for shipping within 1-7 business days max. after the payment is cleared (Exceptions may occure from some supply chain, make sure by checking it under the image at the checkout in the cart.)

You Receive it: You receive your items after completing the payment within 11-14 business days in most countries. Delivery time depends on customs, destination, weather, epidemic restrictions, and other factors, rarely it requires longer time.

Order placement
The Big Bazaar Online Shop is not responsible for loss, or damages as a result of misplaced, disordered or other typographical errors that occur during order placement. The Users have sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the order, including actual item, pricing, shipping, and/or handling, prior to order submission. Order placement means (single, batch or API) does not change User responsibility and subsequent financial responsibility.
Order changes
Generally, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, under certain circumstances, orders can be canceled and/or modified. If the User contacts the Big Bazaar Online Shop customer care using the online form as soon as possible with a change request, it may be occasionally possible to amend the order. The Big Bazaar Online Shop is not responsible for any loss, or damages that result from change requests occurring after the order has been placed.
Order returns
The Big Bazaar Online Shop does not allow the return request for the product that was purchased by its platform, except in the event that the product is damaged or in case the product does not match the requested one.
